Here's where it all started and we are proud of our home team.  This group has completed moves as far as Mountaindale, New York and Houston, Texas.

This three to four member team moves with a 24-foot enclosed cargo trailer.  They are capable of any size move up to 4 bedrooms.  They specialize in residential or commercial moves and can be dispatched very quickly for same day service anywhere in the state of Oklahoma.

Moving, Tips and Best Practices

Please read carefully if you plan to do your own packing or staging prior to our arrival. 

This is also where you'll find the rules and terms regarding our company's cash tipping policy.

Since we bill you by the hour, these best practices will save you precious time and money. 

They will also enable our moving professionals to complete your move faster and more efficiently. 




















Prior to the Move

Prior to our arrival, you should turn off and unplug all appliances that need to be moved, i.e., refrigerators, stoves, microwave ovens, etc.  This includes safely wrapping the cords and then taping them to the appliance. 

Flat Screen TVs need to be shrink-wrapped, boxed, and labeled before transport. 

Computers are best transported inside of your personal vehicle as with any glass or other fragile items.

Bed Frames and headboards need to be taken apart, with all screws, bolts, and other attachments placed into plastic bags and labeled so that they are not lost or misplaced during transport.   

Items that are not shrink-wrapped or covered with a blanket might incur scratches or slight damage during transport, so please discuss this with the mover beforehand.

All boxes and other items that need to be moved should be staged and put into an area where our movers can easily access them. 


During the Move

When our movers arrive, introduce yourself and briefly explain any special requests that you may have.  

Take a few minutes to walk through all rooms and point out which items you want moved and if there are any items that you plan to move yourself. 

Keep in mind that for insurance purposes, we do not move things out or back into attics, closets or storage sheds. 

These and other items that need to be moved should already be in plain sight, staged, and clearly designated to be moved prior to our initial arrival. 

**Please do not offer to help our movers lift, load or unload any of your furniture unless you gain approval from the Crew Supervisor on duty.  This allows us to manage and eliminate injury claims across the board.

After the Move and Our Company Tipping Policy

While we value the hard work and excellent service that our movers provide, please adhere to these rules and regulations when you pay a cash tip to our movers after your move has been completed. 

Please tip the same amount to each mover so that it doesn't cause a conflict.  The best practice is to give the entire tip to the Crew Supervisor to have it split equally to each crew member.  If you prefer to give it directly to each mover, just make sure that everyone gets the same amount. 

We understand that when you are appreciative of our movers' efforts for a job well done, and you want to thank them by offering a cash tip.  However, please help our management team maintain good morale and long-term relationships with our movers by adhering to this method.     

About a week after the move, one of our Customer Service Associates will reach out to you to follow-up and find out if you were happy and satisfied with our service.
